Your Tasks

Your Profile:

You are not a programmer, but still want to work in software development? Then we have just the thing for you! In this commercial position located in the heart of our software development, you help shape our application management and are the first contact person for the team on which every single full-stack developer can rely. Hemmersbach will help you to develop yourself step by step - right up to an Agile Coach.

Your Tasks:

  • You moderate meetings of the development teams in Poland, Greece, Hungary and Germany, take over the reviews, accompany the entire development cycle along our agile processes and take on a coordinating and controlling role.
  • You support our DevOps in administrative tasks such as license management
  • You take over the planning of important meetings to coordinate the teams, prepare the start of new colleagues and organize the familiarization in consultation with the various team leaders.

 

Our Requirements

You bring along:

  • You have a degree in business informatics as an IT specialist or a comparable educational background, speak good English and are familiar with the MS-Office package - at best you already have experience with Gitlab.
  • You are a technlogy lover, like to occupy yourself with topics from the software development and are interested in new technologies
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, a pronounced process thinking, are structured and strong in communication, do not lose track even in stressful situations and look beyond your own nose when looking for solutions.
